In-Kind Donation Program

Delta Dental of Arkansas is pleased to provide in-kind donations of toothbrushes and coloring books to Arkansas organizations that meet the following criteria. If you would like to request a donation, please read through the guidelines and complete the form below.

In-Kind Donation Guidelines:

Items are provided free of charge to qualified organizations for sharing with or distribution to residents of Arkansas. This includes non-profit, schools-based, faith-based and community-focused organizations.
Delta Dental does not provide toothbrushes to dental offices or businesses.
Toothbrush quantities are limited to 200.
Organizations may request items once per year.
Please allow up to four weeks for delivery.
Organizations located within 30 miles of Delta Dental’s offices will be asked to pick up items.
